The power of books Part 1: Ex 6 Folding and mocking up your book

For this exercise I made two mock up books a small one only made with one piece of paper and a bigger one using 4 sheets of A4 paper.

I think both sizes have a purpose before creating a final book, the little book will work well with thumbnail sketches and experimentation with layout and composition of the content as well as building a narrative. After this is established using a slightly bigger or close in size booklet you can make a prototype size corrected maybe then playing around with colours and proper texts and bigger images. If I wanted to test out the printed version having a size such as A4 to use is helpful and I can manipulate size and pictures if needed before starting a final version.
